Video appeared in Apple TV+ library?

I've recently been putting together a video for my wife's birthday of various home videos going back many years. I spent a fair amount of time on it and had it ready to show her on her birthday.

However it somehow found its way into my AppleTV+ library and unfortunately she saw it before I had planned. There was also another clip in there that to my knowledge all I'd ever done was view it with Quicktime.

How have these files ended up in my AppleTV+ Library?

Do you mean they ended up in the Apple TV app? Which device are you using/did she find it on? I have a few homemade films that I created using iMovie & added to my iTunes library & they don’t appear on any of my other devices.
