Video Capture Desktop

Hi all.

Maybe I'm imaging things. But isn't there a native way to video capture the desktop and or region like you can with a screen cap now?

Or do I need another program and if so what's a good one out there? Thanks.

In Quicktime X theres File-New Screen Recording

I know one prog, which can help you ) Macvide ScreenCap !You can capture and record anything you can see on your screen to image, video or flash. A high quality prog ) Hope it helps you
