MP 1,1-5,1 Video card best suitable for adobe and davinci

I have a 5.1 2012 12 core Mac Pro tower. As I start researching I get lost in threads and I may need some help here.

I work in post production so I transcode a lot of footage using media encoder and davinci resolve and need something compatible with adobe premiere and avid.

Any recommendations?

vega 64 is fast
vega 56 is close

vega 56 tends to be recommended dont get one with a big OC

I didn’t mention. Have a very loud 7950. So something that would be better.

I've found the Radeon VII to be quite fast in Adobe CC, especially if you take advantage of the HW acceleration method on this forum. Only issue is it is the most expensive "native" card for MacOs Mojave at the moment.

For your mentioned pricing, the Vega 64 or Vega 56 should do. Just be aware of power requirements.
