Video Card issues

Has anyone ran into issues with MacBooks rendering graphics ? I don't know how to describe this but my machine seems to be drawing triangles over the screen. Whenever I take a screenshot the triangle might move to a different location or change shape. Can anyone shed any light on this ? I this always happens whenever I open Safari on the favorites page.

That doesn't look like any sort of hardware issue it looks to be some sort of settings or software issue. I have no idea what it is or where it comes from though new one on me...

Hardware issues do not show up in screenshots. That is likely a software problem.
