video chat from ichat to windows user

I tried all different type of accounts to to do video chat with my girlfriend who is using a PC with w7 installed, nothing works.

yahoo, aim, Facebook nothing helps me to do video call to my gf ? what can i do ?

i do not want to use resource hungry Skype or any other type of a client that i am very happy with minimalist ichat.
