iPod touch video converter for touch format

i know on the pc there are plenty of vid converters for the touches format, mostly psp ones but they do work.
thing is i cant find any for the mac, im trying to convert avis and mkv files if anyone out there knows of any apps please help

It is well worth the money.
iSquint is a taste of VisualHub, ad many new features are added.

Thanks for the helpful suggestion. I travel quite a bit and watching movies on the IPT will be easier.
