video converter that can do something like .flv to .avi?

i don't know if this should go here, but i was wondering if there's a converter that can do something like this. I like to go on youtube and download the clips, but i want to make them either into avi or mov format. Thanks

Tooble will convert YouTube files directly to mov. Also, .avi and .mov are just wrappers.
