Anyone know a easy to use, not too expensive vide editing app? I loved iMovie HD 6.0.4 from like 2007-2008 something but with the never updates its hard to use, and i need something better, Final Cut Pro X is gold, but its a bit hard too use.

HitFilm 2 Express is good. It was free a while ago and I got an extra serial number... message me if you want it.

Honestly, your best bet if you don't want to go pro (via Final Cut Pro or Premier) is to get used to iMovie. I really disliked how Apple changed the library in iMovie; it just takes too much to get used to. But once you figure it out, you'll see that iMovie has pretty much all the functionality (and more) than the old version.

Go to youtube.com and look at some videos. That will bring you up to speed pretty quick.
