Video editor for Android?

Any recommendation for a video editor on Android?
My requirements are:
- natively support vertical videos
- preferably free, but willing to pay as long as it's not a subscription.
- support editing H. 265 videos (this is the format used by my phone to record video)

Never edited video on Android before outside simple trimming, so would appreciate any input. 🙂

That's a popular app, but the free version has watermark, and the only way to get rid of it is to subscribe.

I'd rather get a one-time paid app than a subscription app.

I'm also checking out an app called VLLO. Seems like a very powerful app.
