Video help!!!

1. I need to find the best way to upload a video from my gopro and save it somewhere that I can easily retrieve it and send it in Facebook messenger or be able to email it.
2. Is it easier to create a link and send that instead of sending the actual video since it's about 3-5 minutes long? If so, how would I "create a link"?

1. Connect GoPro to your Mac
2. Copy the file you need to your Mac
3. Use Dropbox.com to upload the file
4. Once uploaded, you are able to click on it and "share" with an email address and/or get a link you can copy and paste into FB Messenger

Files are huge. I typically use the GoPro software and resize them for youtube, then just send a link.
