video hosting without loosing resolution?

Hello guys,

i want to upload a video to my myspace page without loosing too much resolution, hopefully without loosing any at all.

both google video and utube recompress the video. the the video is 19 megs large, 1 frame per second, with a mono audio track. 14 minutes long.


... is there another video hosting site that will not recompress the video and wash out the text?
