Is this video, or just photo sequencing?

From the description, it looks like it just takes photos at a certain interval (1 second / 2 second / 0.5 second, etc).

it's just sequential photos. also, you can't view it as a video, just one pic of 25-50 smaller ones. i just bought it. it sucks. alot.

That app isn't really a video camera. It takes photos at timed intervals.
