video looses its sound

Theres absolutely no sence in this... ive recorded a video with my iPhone, i get it in my MBPro using iTunes (or Aidrop) but the video will have no sound. On my iPhone it plays without an issue but when imported in Catalina... no sound!

What App are you using on your Mac to play the video? Does it have its own volume control?

Without any relevant infos beyond "It ain't workin'!" it's a sheer impossibility to even guess what's going on.

I recorded another video and the sound came up fine... go figure! Apple has spoiled us with everything to be working fine and cases like this really are shocking! 🙂
All is good now guys, thanks and im terribly sorry for the trouble, i appreciate the interest and help!
