Police described the suspect as an African American male in his 20s or 30s, 5-foot-7 to 6 feet tall and with a medium build.

I lol'd, seriously. But, unfortunately for someone, depending on who's doing the arresting, that is all the info they need because some random black dude could take the fall for it regardless of whether he's innocent or not. Depending on what state this happened in, some people aren't as culturally accepting and any dude with a juvi record will be fine enough to commit.

And not as if I'm trying to change the subject, but what exactly happened here? Was this a robbery or just a shooting? Seems like he came in, shot someone, and ran out. If that's the case, would be someone the employees would recognize, no?
