Some people say iPhone 8 I say I phone Pro 5.8" OLED and expensive.

Anyways I own a Note 5 and a iPhone 5s and the features on the Note 5 I wish so many would be implemented on the iPhone 8 or iPhone Pro since there will be enough space.

Teens can finally Snapchat and Instgram at the same time

Why not just stick with the Note 5 and be happy with it if it meets all your requirements? IMO unlike Android apps, iOS apps are mostly designed to function on specific screen size to the limited no of Apple hardware. Android apps are designed to function on varying screen sizes making it easy to function with split screen. Besides that alot of apps on Android break or do not work with split screen.
