Video on iCloud Photo Library isn't deleted when deleted from iPhone

I deleted like 53 videos from my iPhone (Both Video and Recently Deleted), but the video isn't deleted on iCloud Photo Library Web.
Now, it is trying to download the videos according the screenshot.

Anyone can help me to resolve this issue?
