Converting DVI to HMDI is easy, but you can't get DVI quality signal from HDMI without some serious (and expensive) converters that have external power source
No software is going to change that
If the 1440 monitor has HDMI port, simple connect HMDI to HDMI and you'll get 1440 @ 60Hz

No software is going to change that
If the 1440 monitor has HDMI port, simple connect HMDI to HDMI and you'll get 1440 @ 60Hz

With USB-C patch 1440 60 is achieved from hdmi to dvi.
