Ever since I had a very accidental drop(landed on the side, not flat on the screen) on my IPad Air 2 with out the case on couple days ago. :(

Now when I ever play videos in the IPad videos app sometimes the video will pause and start playing again and sometimes the video goes fast forward or it be in slow motion with out me even touching the screen!!!!

I have never had this problem before I accidentally dropped my IPad Air 2.

Can someone help me please and how to fix the video problem I'm am having??? Will a hard reset fix it??? Or do I have to take it back to PC World(place I bought the IPad) and get it repaired?

Ok some great news!!

I did a hard reset on my IPad and the video problem is gone!! :)

So it was not the digitizer(touchscreen) after all!!

Unfortunately the video problem(pausing, fast forwarding, goes in slow motion with out me even touching the screen) is back despite doing a hard reset!! :(
