Video problem

when i want to watch movie,i bring the screen to full screen,why the video quality become blur but when i am using small screen it is very clear,the movie is a dvd

The movie's resolution/bit-rate (quality) is probably quite low.

I think it is not about the movie resolution,because when I watch it only my 13 inch ASIs laptop,it is clear
