Video recorder app to sync with live Logic 9 recording

I'm looking for a FREE app that I can record from my iSight on my iMac at the SAME time as recording into Logic 9 Express(…don't have Sound Track pro) .I want to use backing tracks while playing live and have the video sync up(and preferably have the monitoring synced also).
