Video shoe to microphone thread adaptor?

Hi All,

Did the usual searches but have come up blank on a sourse that sell an adaptor that will let us mount a Rode Video mic (or any other video accessory with a shoe) on to a microphone stand using the mic thread.

Anyone found a solution to this, or could point me in the right direction.
