When I export a sequence from FCP to a Quicktime movie SOME of the clips are slipped in the quicktime file. I've tried tossing render files. Any ideas. (QT does not match sequence in timeline)

What format did you capture and edit in and what are your setting when doing a QuickTime export. Are you doing a regular QuickTime export or QuickTime Conversion?
