Video streaming bitrate taken a plunge since iOS 26.6

Since updating to iOS 26.6 I’ve noticed videos stream by default on their lower 420 or lower resolution. I can change this in YouTube via safari brace or app so not a major issue but some streams don’t have an option to increase or set mode to HD. Does this on same WiFi network at home. Anyone else experiencing this ?
 
I have this Problem as well. Most of the time when ich Stream from Apple TV+ or iTunes Movies. Quality changes all the time until I reboot the Apple TV. Also when connected to LAN and the ATV goes into sleep mode it changes to 100 Mbit connection but does not change back to full 1 Gbit after turning on again. This can also only be fixed with a reboot.
