I watch sports on my iPad and it is superior in streaming to any tablet, laptop I have had..

I had a ASUS Transformer, Lenovo Laptop and my new Galaxy Note 3, all freeze at times, but my iPad Mini does not..

Where can I stream videos without wifi? Besides Netflix, I don't know of any others.
