Video stuck but sound playing

I have MP4 video and other video I'm trying to play. The problem is the video is stuck on the first frame and will not play but the sound is going.

What could the problem be?

If I move frame by frame rate it shows it but will not play!! So all the video frames are there and not damage. You can do it frame by frame rate but it will not play.

Have you tried different players? VLC, either version of QuickTime? Does the video play on other systems?
