Video to iPhone

Hi all,

Just wanna know what program to use to convert video files to play on my iPhone 3GS.

I use a mac, and want a free program, i am a Xilisoft user, but for some reason when i came to install the mac version it said i already had i newer version installed, but im sure i deleted all traces of that supposed new version...

Anyway, my videos are usually either .AVI or .MKV formats.

Would appreciate all the help i can get 🙂
