A few days ago, I was at an Apple store and I shot and edited a movie from the iMovie app on a demo iPhone 4. From the same iPhone, I emailed the finished video to my Hotmail account. Later on at home, I opened up the e-mailed video from my 3g iPod Touch(iOS4) through the Apple Mail app. I saved the video to the Touch, the video saved to the Photo app and I could view it there. Thing was, I noticed I could trim the video. I could save the newly trimmed video to replace the original, or just save the trimmed video alongside the original. In addition, there was no way to export the trimmed video, unless I synced the Touch up to my MacBook. I also tried this on my daughters 3G Touch that was still running 3.1, and was able to do the same thing. Is this feature documented? And what really is the purpose of this feature on a Touch? Thanks!!!!
