Video Web Conference Package

I want to buy my mom a webcam/mic for her mac mini I gave her for xmas so we can video conference.

Any recommendations?

I would recommend the iSight. It's a little bit on the pricier side, but as far as I can tell it's the best quality cam in the price range out there for Macs.
