Video won't play or show in iphone

Hello everyone,

I’m trying make a website for iphone containing videos. I use Quick Time Pro 7 to export the videos for iphone, and when I upload them to an addresse ie. http://www.mydomain.com/videos/video1.html I manage to see the page online, but if I move the URL path, even sometimes change the text in the html page (ie. Write the title of the video), I try to visualize the page I the new path or with the changes, and suddenly the videos seem disable (it shows a grey video box, with a diagonal grey box running over it).

I even try to put the files with their initial settings, and unfortunately they won’t work either.

Please note they both contain the same files a videos within each folder but for some reason the bottom two directory won’t play.

I would really appreciate if someone could give me a hand with this.
