VideoGlide Capture Export Problems

Hi, I just downloaded VideoGlide Capture to record gameplay from my Xbox through my Dazzle DVC100. My problem is, no matter what codec I export in, it always says "The document “____.mov” could not be opened. The movie's file format isn't recognized.", although the codecs I'm using are listed as compatible on Apple's website.

Please help!
