Videos app on iOS 10.3

I'm currently running iOS 10.2.1 and still have the videos app. I downloaded it before the update (as I was on the beta) and want to keep it. I've tried the TV app but it has issues with a lot of my DVD copies of movies. If I download the 10.3 beta will the videos app be deleted?

Change your device region away from the US. I guess that'll work.
