Oh cool. Haven't sync'd it yet since taking a video. Where does it send it to, iMovie?

when you plug it in to your computer, iPhoto will automatically open (depending on your preferences, that is)

before you do this, BE SURE to update iPhoto...as you need the most up-to-date version to work with iPhone 4

reboot your computer (that is the mistake I made was not rebooting afterwards, even though it says it isn't needed)
