View BIN/CD (SVCD) on the Mac?

Is there anything that can view BIN/CUE files other then VLC?

For some reason VLC will not play BIN/CUE files any more. Or I can them to play with no sound. It takes me some steps to get VLC to play them. 😕

Better yet how do I convert it back to a MPEG file?

Thanks for any help on this. 🙂
