Is there a way to view the HTML / CSS of an email sent to you that has a designed tied to it?

Is there a way to view the HTML / CSS of an email sent to you that has a designed tied to it?

I used to drag'n'drop the e-mail on the desktop, it will be an .eml you can then open it in your favorit editor and perhaps even open it in a browser (I think I used Firefox back when I was designing e-mails)
