Viewing Transferred Photos ?

Hello,

Have a bunch of photos I copied over from a pc, but can't open them up to see them.

They have names like: Matthew.JPEG.zycizhj.ecc

No idea what the xycizhj or the .ecc are.

Any idea what I can use to open up and view them ?

copy one of the files to say desktop and rename it removing everything after .jpeg

see if it will open.
not sure why the extra bit on end after the file extension.

how did you copy the files over?
