Vintage Apple //c Question re: CDRWs

Is it possible, somehow, to get data from an old //c onto a CD?

I'm obviously thinking ProDOS here.

It is not impossible, but will take more or less work depending on what media your data is on. There is a lot of information in the following thread, but essentially, you're going to most likely need a classic mac: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/777646?tstart=0

I have a Mac SE/30, so maybe no problem then.
