I was shocked to see that noone has created a virtual headset app. This can be used to pair the iphone with PS3 or XBox. Who wants to get started on this for me.... lol

You can't, bluetooth can only interact with hardware in the 'Made for iPod' program. So unless Sony and Microsoft pay Apple to be part of the program, it won't happen (at least in the app store.)
