Virtual Machine performance on nMP?

Has anyone tried running VMs (VMWare, Virtual Box or Parallels) on the nMP?

I'm interested in seeing whether the fast RAM and SSD makes a noticeable improvement over other Macs. If someone has benchmarks, this would be great.

This probably won't be of much help, but I run Parallels with Win 8.1 on the nMP and I've been impressed at the speed (especailly considering I keep my Windows file on a Thunderbolt SSD drive). I don't have a basis for comparison, but I timed the virtual machine "boot" and it takes 12 seconds from the "Click to Start" screen in Parallels to when I see the Windows desktop.
