Virtualizing OS X from bootcamp / Reverse Boot Camp

Basically I have a MBP with both Windows/OS X. When I run OS X, I can use VMWare or Parallels to run Windows (installed on separate partition).

How do I do the exact opposite? (Run Windows and virtualize my OS X partition)

I know what you mean. I have just installed VMware Fusion 3 and it saw my bootcamp partition straight away but from what I have read and looked into you cannot do the reverse
