Virtuedesktop or Desktop manager

    As the title says, which do you prefer? Now that spaces will not be here for a while lol

    virtuedesktops. apparently the developers are ditching the project though.

    Yeah, because of Spaces. BUT, Virtue has one feature I'm sure Spaces won't have - hitting my macbook to change screen...

    Virtue Desktops, without question. It grew out of Desktop Manager after DM was abandoned in 2003 or whenever it was, so it has more features. Although the Virtue Desktops developer announced last month that he was ceasing development, it works pretty well for the most part and will get you by until Spaces.

    Of the two, VirtueDesktops - but I don't love virtual desktop managers in general.
