OK guys i have looked for going on 4 hours and can't find the solution I have a few new mac minis that I need to install Virtual Box and Windows XP and I don't have a superdrive for the install. And of course Virtual box for some darn reason doesn't support USB boot ups. Can some please help and post the instruction list.

There are a few options. This is based on the fact that VirtualBox can use an ISO file as a CD replacement (and it is much faster to install a VM that way).

The long one. Copy the VirtualBox Installer on a USB thumb drive along with an ISO of your windows CD, install VirtualBox on each mac mini and then create VM on each computer.

The short one. Create a preconfigured VM on your main machine and then copy the VM on each mac mini. Import the VM files in VirtualBox.

I would use the second option if I had to setup a few mac with identical VMs.
