I was looking for sites to stream movies onto my new TV and this popped up. Is it real or will it lead to a virus.
I did a Malware Bytes scan and one Genio something came up and I deleted it.
Is this a legitimate screen?

The following is a better screen shot showing where the alert was from.

Yes, positively a scam.

graphic on that screen makes it look like that screen was presented by Apple.
NOT... (Apple doesn't do that. The system may tell you that a link is dangerous, or can warn you about possible phishing sites, etc. but not with that kind of page.
def a scam.

Just look at the website URL in future...

When you're looking for usually illicit sites, they are usually filled with illicit scams. So you'll get popups and stuff like this all the time, just use your common sense.

So should I just x out of that alert and do nothing else?

Are you still getting that after running MalwareBytes?

If so, what website are you visiting (or what is it that you're doing) that produces that alert?
