With any sort of mobile malware I'd suggest a nuclear wipe/fresh install.

I will loose my jailbreak if I do that. I will have to restore to ios 9.3.4 and no more possibility to jailbreak anymore.

Could it be someone logged into your Skype but just by logging with your username and password?

Couldn't it be that I have the keyrider virus? Because it coincided with me logging into itunes/icloud yesterday when I connected my iphone with my pc. It looks like the keyrider virus needs you to be connected to itunes to get your apple id and password... The only symptom was skype sending out this link...

So, you also think somebody stole my skype password. It was an old 4 digit password. How did they do it?

Who knows, but it happens more often than we think with people's email accounts sending out spam and IM accounts or social media accounts posting spam and the like. Log out out of all Skype sessions and change your Skype password--that would be the first/main thing to do.

Change your passwords to begin with.

Seems like you already answered your question earlier given that your accounts were compromised. What else is there really to look for?

There is rhis tweak called pgcheck that is to check if you are infected with the Pegasus spyware virus. So, it seems there are people concerned with the possibility of having this virus. Why do you think it couldnt be my case?

You've been told at least twice now. Spyware/Malware is NOT the same as a virus! Quit calling it that!
    Information on Pegasus here:
    https://www.intego.com/mac-security...3-5-update-thwarts-pegasus-spyware-patch-now/
Could you have gone to a phishing site that used this hack to load this spyware on your iPhone? Sure you could.
This is one of the problems with having a jailbroken phone - you don't get the latest security updates. If you want to be protected, upgrade to 9.3.5.

    Otherwise, you run your chances.

Sure, it could be your case. Go ahead and check your decide if there's a tool to check for it. Why ask about it over and over of you can just check for it and be done with it?

I tried that tweak pgcheck but it doesnt work or it was not upgraded for 9.3.3. If I upgrade to 9.3.5, I will loose my jailbreak. What other options I have? I already changed my skype password just in case.
Now that I remember, skype sent these spam links before I was jailbroken as well, so it could be something else. The thing is that this time skype sent this spam, none of my pc's were on. Only my iphone was on.

If the account is compromised then it doesn't matter what device is on it or if no devices are on it, typically someone would be accessing it through their own means, using the account credentials and not devices that the account might or might not be used on.
