Omnigraffle is compatible with Visio's XML files. Many new Macs ship with this wonderful app preinstalled.

Although I use Visio under Fusion for client's flowcharts, I've recently started using NovaMind Pro for website hierarchical structure design. It allows me to focus more on the content, less on aligning, formatting, etc.
