This is saying something if you are considering selling your AVP.

You've been a huge fan! Just not enough content?
Going to get the M5 version?

Haha I have stuck up for the product a lot on here. The truth is, I’m underwhelmed with visionOS 26. visionOS 2 got a pass because it launched 4 months into the lifecycle as a beta. A lot of core apps are still iPad versions. Also just wish they’d let every video use the cinema environment.

I may come back to the platform in the future, but right now I feel content with the experience I’ve had, and I want to share it at a good price so that someone else can have that experience.

I just don't get how this is still the case, this far into the release.
Very disappointing.

I'd be in to one if there were ever a future where I could use it with a PC for VR (MSFS mainly).
Probably a pipe dream though.

I hope they release a pretty good one as an "Air" that is more affordable. I'd like it, at the right price, for content consumption I'm sure.

Mike Rockwell pushed to separate the headset from the compute and lost the battle. Best way to go imo. Would be great for racing games. There are ways to do pc gaming, but it’d janky. Heck, I got an hdmi capture card and piped Xbox into an m1 MacBook Air and used Mac virtual display for gaming. Playable, but not great.
