Visiting MacRumors kicks in the dGPU

I'm not sure if this should be posted in the feedback forum or Mojave, but this is only a problem on DP4. The dGPU kicks in on both Safari and Safari Tech Preview when visiting the forums. Its a problem with some other sites too so I'm not sure what plugins you're using or if you're running some crypto stuff in the background.

Anyone else noticing this??

Funny....it does not kick in on my 2013 rMBP.

Happens to me just going to main google site.

Look in the Activity Montitor, see if "VTDecoderXPCService" is running, that was killing my iMac CPU even on google.com
