Vista folder shares won't mount in OS X

At home I've got two computers I'm attempting to share files through; a Windows Vista Business desktop and a Macbook Pro with 10.5.6 (latest updates applied on both, etc.)

I've enabled File sharing on both computers and set the proper read/write permissions, however when I go to Finder -> Connect to Server, at which point I can login and see the volumes I have selected to be shared.

However, when I pick a volume to mount it immediatley says 'The volume 'H Drive' could not be mounted.

Any ideas?
