Vista Sp1 64bit install on iMac without BC

Hi, As I know that Vista SP1 does support EFI bootup, so can it be installed on iMac or MBP without bootcamp?

I have downloaded Vista SP1 64bit installation disc from MSDN, and I am trying to install it on my iMac, but I don't want to use bootcamp
