What software would you recommend to do this? Should I just run it through bootcamp?

EDIT: I'm running 64 bit win7 on parallels seems to run pretty flawlessly now, but Haven't installed VS 2010 yet.

I would recommend you get as much RAM as you can if you plan on doing this often. If you don't already have 8GB, get it. It's ~$100 now for most recent Macs that support it.
