AT&T's fault. Visual voicemail is working 100% fine over here in Spain.

It's not even AT&T's fault.
It is working perfectly here in Ft Lauderdale on AT&T.

Only since 2.02

It often takes hours for the voicemail to deliver. Restarting the phone causes them to be delivered.

Wow people love to run to the Apple/AT&T store for anything. I would so hate to work in either place these days.

Reboot dood. If that fails, try resetting network settings.

Been having problems with visual voicemail too.
Chicago, river north area.
Had a voicemail arrive five hours late. 🙄😡
